Janet Jackson made a rare public appearance Wednesday when she attended Giorgio's Armani 40th anniversary dinner reception at Nobu in Milan, Italy.The 48-year-old was with her Qatar-based billionaire Arab husband,Wissam Al Mana.
She has been publicly spotted twice in two years, at amfAR's 20th Annual Cinema Against AIDS event in May 2013 and in October 2014, for the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience.
