Alula jams with mum

Multiple award-winning gospel artiste, Sammie Okposo’s love child, Alula, is fast taking after her parents. Remember her mother Gloria Ibru also sings and heads a live band. Alula, who made her stage debut a few years ago at the Ovation Red carol, had yet another opportunity to demonstrate her vocal prowess.

It was at the reception hosted last week in honour of Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde. There, chubby Alula shared the stage with her mother and both voices resonated throughout the hall.

Gloria, whose weight loss had in recent times sparked rumours of ill-health, was very agile on stage thus nullifying the earlier talks.
